Basically, I try to write a lengthy, verbose, convoluted, somewhat witty and or sarcastic, and generally caustic rant on a subject matter that's under my skin on that Friday. This is a list of all my rants and a link to them, along with a small summary.
Rant 1- Mary sue, no, just no
Listen to me take a 5 word page rant about a Mary-Sue, explaining who she is, what she is, and why everyone hates her.
Rant 2- I hate that old type of Songfic
Another 5 page Word Document that explains what its generally so irritating about Songfiction
Rant 3- Chains were meant to be broken
More wordiness, five pages in word. I tell the reader what is so gosh darn annoying about chains and what they shouldn't have any attention paid to them.
Rant 4- Why gay is not an insult
Well, touchy subject, so I kept it short. But this is a major pet peeve of mine, and explains just exactly what's wrong with using the term "gay" as an insult.
Rant 5- Have you sued your friend today?
Mhm, I explain why the legal blame game system is neither kosher, nice, or smart.
Rant 6- Rumpelstiltskin
In this one I rant off my problems with the story Rumpelstiltskin. This isn't a typical rant because it's the preface to a story.
